I work with product leaders in large organizations who are driving modern product practices despite organizational complexity, legacy systems, and structural constraints.

After 20+ years at Bosch/ETAS (automotive/engineering sector), I’ve learned how to make things happen in environments where change is hard. I help others do the same.


What I Work On

Navigating corporate product environments:

  • Introducing lean/agile practices while the organization still operates differently
  • Building evidence-guided decision-making in bureaucratic settings
  • Scaling product teams across silos and legacy structures
  • Getting your ideas adopted organization-wide (not just in your corner)

The approach: I believe the best learning happens through working on your actual situation—not generic frameworks. We figure out what works for your organization, culture, and constraints.


How I Work

Due to my current role, I have limited availability. This means:

  • I take on a small number of clients
  • I’m selective about engagements
  • You get focused, committed time (not reactive availability)

Option 1: Coaching Calls (Ongoing)

For product leaders navigating change or transitioning into new roles

  • 1-on-1 sessions (60 min, weekly or biweekly)
  • Work through real situations
  • Peer advice + reflection from someone who’s been there
  • Duration: typically 8-12 weeks (or ongoing)

Best if: You want consistent support, a sounding board, and someone who understands enterprise PM challenges.

Option 2: Consulting Engagements (Project-Based)

For specific challenges or organizational initiatives

  • 3-5 sessions over 2-3 months
  • Diagnose the situation, provide concrete recommendations
  • Often includes a brief workshop or recommendation memo
  • Ad-hoc as needed within that window

Best if: You’re stuck on a specific problem (adoption strategy, team structure, process design, etc.) and want to move fast.

Option 3: Speaking & Workshops

For teams and organizations looking to understand what’s possible

  • Keynotes or team workshops (1-2 hours)
  • Real stories from adopting lean/agile in a conservative, traditional industry
  • Inspire teams on what’s possible even in constrained environments
  • Can be tailored to your organization (product strategy, team scaling, evidence-guided decision-making, etc.)

Best if: You want to spark change across your organization, get teams aligned on modern approaches, or bring in an external perspective on what’s possible in traditional industries.

I’m validating what works right now—so I’m offering free exploratory sessions for the first few clients to see if there’s a fit.
